Dr. Brown's Options+ Glass Baby Bottle
Glass avoids any question of plastic leaching from repeated heat-cycle sterilizing, which happens far more often with bottles than with most other baby gear.
The bottle body is glass, but the internal anti-colic vent system and nipple are plastic and silicone. There is no fully plastic-free bottle that includes a colic-reducing vent.
